Fragrant scents are a treat for our senses! Sauna sessions combined with scents - Exotic - Coniferous Wood - Fruits - Rose - Spices - and so on - are a stimulating joy. When choosing essential oils (concentrates), high quality products as regards their consistence should be preferred - they should be pure, suitable for saunas and without alcoholic dilutions.

Sauna users can tackle this effectively, and thus it is recommended to buy a sisal massage brush or a wooden brush and massage the affected parts of your body during the sauna session for about 5 minutes in circular movements with only slight pressure. First visible results can be seen after only three months.
